All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the accommodation provider. Prices displayed on our platform are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. The total price includes all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for ensuring that all booking information, including guest names, dates, and special requirements, is accurate and complete at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the accommodation provider and the rate selected at the time of booking. The specific cancellation terms for your booking will be clearly displayed before you complete your reservation.

Free cancellation bookings may be cancelled without charge up to the deadline specified in the booking confirmation. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.

To cancel a booking, please use the cancellation feature in your account dashboard or contact our support team. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Depending on the booking, payment may be collected at the time of reservation or at the time of check-in at the property. The payment schedule will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected on our platform. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method uses a different currency. These fees are determined by your bank or card issuer.

Shoham Travel acts as an intermediary between you and accommodation providers. We are not liable for any actions, errors, omissions, or representations made by the accommodation providers, including the quality or condition of the accommodation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoham Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to such claim.
